Crocs India — I have purchase footwear on 30.03.2025 and given for replacement due to defect at Crocks Anand however till date no response

I have purchase footwear on 30.03.2025 in the evening from Crocs store at Ahmedabad One Mall. On the second day at the time of wearing the button affixed was found damaged. As I am residing at 50 Kms away from Ahmedabad I specially visit Crocs store at Anand for replacement on 03.04.2025. They have taken the footwear and told within 10 days they will inform about status. No other token number to follow up given. I have given my contact number for communication. But till date no correspondence made. You are one of the US leading brand we are not expecting this kind of behaviour. My invoice No. is 85072 dt. 30/03/2023 time 20.18.18 purchase from Shop 9 & 10 at 1st floor, Ahmedabad One mall, Ahmedabad. Taken this footwear for travelling to US for my kids.
