Crocs India — product reverse picked up for return 10 days back but no status update | |||||
Ordered Crocs clogs size 10 online but received Size 11 so returned the product. Bluedart courier person took the return product on 16th July but the status is not changed in crocs website. Tried contacting customer care many times but no Answer. Also sent messages to customer care but no reply from them as of Now. Its almost 20 days from the date of Order. The colour of the strap of the footwear is coming out. Thus blue colour of strap is inked on foot. Making feet lookbad.
