Crocs India — Refund

I had ordered a pair of shoes from www.shopcrocs.in on nov. 7, 2016. On next day i requested them to return because size of shoes was small for me . After that they told me that they will arrange reverse pickup, i waited for 7-8 days but no one called me for reverse pick .so i called customer care again and they said service of reverse pick up is not available at your area so send it yourself and we will refund your money . So on 24 nov 2016, i sent it by indian post to their address . 5 days after sending the product i called customer care again and they told me that they have not received the courier yet . So i tracked the courier and found out that it has been delivered so i called customer care again next day told them about this and also gave them tracking number of courier . After a few days a called again ant they told me that they had received the product and have initiated mg refund . I got an email from their side which says we have rufunfed your money on 14 dec 2016 but today its 25 december and still i did not receive any refund in my bank account .. Order # :[protected]
