Crocs India — Refund not credited to account even after 1 month of return

Had purchased Tulum toe post black tan women flip via order Id[protected]
on 31st oct 2023 for Rs 3995 which was fully prepaid at the time of
purchase.

The same was delivered to me on 3rd nov 23 . The size of the sandle was
large and hence I requested for return of the same on 3rd nov 23 i.e the
same day after delivery which was authorised at your end.

On 7th nov i received a confirmation that we will soon have someone pick up
ur order at your doorstep .
However no one came to collect it

I repeatedly send emails and requested comment on your online portal on
12th nov, 19th nov, 20th nov, 23rd nov, 25th nov.

On 30th nov my order was picked up, which I informed you via email and
portal

Later on I have send emails on 2nd nov, 3rd nov and today that I have not
received any confirmation from your end about the above mentioned product.

It has been more than 1 month now since I requested for return of my
product worth rs 3995 and repeatedly following up for the same but I have
not received any reply from you.

I request you to kindly enquire about the same and kindly respond at the
earliest.
