I am writing to file a formal grievance against Crocs India, whose official website is https://www.crocs.in, for failing to process a refund despite my prompt return of a product purchased through their platform. The relevant details are as follows: Product Name: Baya Clog K EPK Order Value: ₹2, 097 Order Date: 10th May 2025 Order Received: 13th May 2025 Return Request Placed: 13th May 2025 (same day of delivery) Product Pickup Date: 15th May 2025 (arranged by Crocs’ official logistics partner) Despite returning the product through the company’s official pickup facility, I have not received my refund as of today (3rd June 2025), which is over 19 days since the product was picked up. The customer support team continues to claim that the returned item is still “in transit, ” which is highly implausible. No domestic courier service in India takes this long for delivery. More importantly, since the return shipment was arranged and executed through Crocs’ own logistics partner, the tracking and delivery responsibility rests solely with them. I have fulfilled all obligations as a customer — including initiating the return on time and handing over the product for pickup. The continued delay and lack of refund reflect clear deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. I have also made multiple follow-ups with their support team, but have received only vague, unhelpful responses and no resolution. I request the Consumer Forum to kindly take note of this matter and direct the company to: 1. Issue the full refund of ₹2, 097 immediately, and 2.
