[Resolved]  Croma — 25L microwave

Hi, my name is shivam we have a CROMA make microwave 25L . We were facing issue of microwave not heating food . For which we raised complaint for which they took 10days to resolve my first complaint and said that they have changed magnetron a name of part in microwave . The day they delivered it was working ok . Next day another issue we came across in microwave that it was working without fixing timer in it means you just plug it to the socket and without setting timer it starts running. I raise my complaint again to which they took my microwave again to service centre and now its more that 12 days they have cancelled our complaint request twice to which we are exausted by there behaviour so we are putting this complaint forward. We didn't expect this kind of service network from TATA enterprise.
