[Resolved] Croma — 2ton ac | |||
We have purchased croma inverted 2 ton ac on 24.04.2019 from as. Rao branch. At the time of purchase they said there is a cash back available and they make us to sit for 3 hours for that. At last they said we got cash back of rs. 7, 000/-. We took extended warranty also. They said they will adjust the amount to extended warranty of rs. 5, 349/- and the balance amount We can transfer to our bank account. But in the evening they said that it was not a cash back and the amount whatever 7, 000/- received by us will have to be paid in 8 emis. We said we dont want the ac and we want to return the same. But they said once the billing is done they can not take it back though the ac was not delivered yet. They delivered the ac on 7th may 2019 and said the installation will be done within 48 hours. 3 days passed and till now the installation was not yet done. Each time they are telling some silly reasons. It is my bad experience with croma. Please dont buy any product of croma. I dont know about the product but the service is very very very poor.
