Sr[protected] - go through this ticket number. It's been more than 2 weeks to purchase this product and it's been more than 1 week when i wrote my 1st email to you. Still, there is no update/resolution regarding this. Seriously you guys are fraudsters. Want you to get back 2 me over a call at the earliest. Also, i don't want any calls from customer support executives i want the call is to be done by someone from the management side or someone from the senior management side with a update note including proper end-to-end resolution.
