My uncle and aunt are senior citizens who purchased a WHIRLPOOL WM TL 7.5KG PREMIER GENX GRY from CROMA Alwarpet Branch on 18th August 2023. Within the first month itself there were vibration and jarring noise issues. They complained to CROMA Sales team Ms Tamarai (Contact [protected]) who gave contact of Whirlpool Service person Mr Amritharaj (Contact [protected]) . Initially he was cooperative and helped reduce some of the problem though not eliminate it completely. My aunt was adjusting with the defective machine for a few months but last fortnight the machine started shaking dangerously and pulled the plug out of the socket while also breaking off from pipeline, spilling water into the house. This could have been a deadly accident. Panic stricken they called the Whirlpool Service and Croma Team Alwarpet but after hearing the problem, they stopped responding. They cut the phone from my aunt when she calls. This is a very serious matter, requiring seriously escalated complaints if action is not taken to fix the machine or replace it as it is within the product Warranty Period.
I request you to take immediate action to address the problem.
