I had made a complaint to croma earlier on 30th may 2020. I had sent number of mails on 7th, 10 th, 11th june about the same. Problem not attended at all. This consumer grievance has been raised a week back. Even though i get replies that the problem will be attended to maximum of 15 days.. Now it is over 18days. Still it has not been attended. I have paid rs 4000 for extended warranty of 3 years but i am not getting any service. There is going to be another lockdown from 19th june. So i want the complaint to be attended tomorrow positively. Request your intervention. This is my second complaint through you. My mobile number is[protected]. V.
