[Resolved] Croma — air cooler came defective.

I bought the aircooler from Croma (Total Mall -Sarjapur-Bangalore) on 10th March'2019. The Product got delivered the next day. However, its a defective product with Water oozing out, They sent me a replaced product which again found defective. Now, i asked for Refund which they promised over email that i will get my money back by 14th March'2019. But still i have not got the money.

Also none of the managers or executives are picking up my call. Need help to get my money out of this fraudsters.

They have never called me. Always i am sending emails after email. Please refer to the attachments i have provided as an evidence.
