[Resolved] Croma — aircon need to repair against extended warranty | |||
Hello, I purchased air con with extended warranty for 2 years. Now aircon need repair, i booked an complaint on 15 march. But engineer saying that need claim id, Customer support saying already send to engineer. Engineer saying "not received any thing from office - claim id" Looks like create a loop just to make fun of customer. Already sent multiple mail to take proper action but "no support". Aircon need repair.
