I am Debasis Dhal. I have ordered "Boat boAt 2.1 Channel 160 Watts Surround Sound Bar (Wireless 80W Subwoofer, Aavante 2000, Black)" on 30/04/2022 from Croma and online payment also made on same day and product code was[protected] . While booking it was clearly showing that product will be delivered by 02/05/2022. But on 01/05/2022 evening 17:31 hrs I got message that product is out for delivery. And after 1 min around 17:32 hrs I got one more message that "Product has reached you. "But no product was delivered to me. Again next day morning (02/05/2022) I called croma customer care and asked when it will delivered. Croma customer care told it will deliver by 02/05/2022. Till evening there was no update from croma. Then I called customer care name Mr Rushikesh, Risubh, Indrajit Mandal. No one taken responsibility and said it will delivered by 04/05/2022. And Mr Indrajit Mandal, given wrong information that normal deliver time for Croma is 7 to 8 days even it shows our status for expected delivery is 02/05/2022 which is approx 2 days in Croma site itself. No one helped us after paying our money and disconnected call more than 5-6 times. Please take hard action on this service and on these persons for rude behaviour due to this negligency. And I need penalty charge on this case. I paid almost 8500 rupees and 3 days waste and all my energy I wasted. I want to charge 100000 rupees to all those employees and Croma company for their complete negligency and for cheating and giving fakr information to the customer. Was this information helpful? |
