[Resolved] Croma — Bose Soundbar delivered today - 09/04/2021 not working | |
I ordered a Bose soundbar which was delivered today morning on 09/04/2021. However, the same is not working. I called up customer care of Croma and asked them to place a return request. But they asked me to contact the brand ( Bose ) and place a request for technician to check the product. When i called the Bose service center they said i need to contact Croma for my complaint bcoz their service partner has been changed. They said that first visit/installation has to be done by Croma. If still the issue is not resolved than for the second visit the Bose tenhnician will be sent. I again called up Croma customer care and the executive again told me to contact Bose. I told her that i m just running from pillar to post but there is no solution for my query. The executive took a callback which i m yet to receive. The reference number for my call to Croma was SR[protected]. Kindly acknowledge my query on high pirioty and take the return request of the product. Regards, Pallavi Chauhan.
