[Resolved] Croma — cancelled order | |||||
I ordered a printer that was out of stock. I repeatedly contacted croma to cancel the pre-paid order. I eventually received a statement from croma informing me that the order was taken in error due to an invalid coupon. They did not provide contact details. I have repeatedly tried to call, but it appears that croma does not employ human beings on telephone support. They did not say when my money would be credited back to my account.
