[Resolved] Croma — Cash back not received plus interest applied on no cost emi

I booked an apple I phone 64gb from croma online store and picked up by myself from the Croma showroom. There was an offer of 3000 instant cash back plus no cost emi on HDFC bank cars. I confirmed about the offer before ordering the phone and have been informed that instant cash back will credit in 24-48hrs max. However it’s been 3 days and I have not received any cash back and also I have been charged 15% on emi. Total I have been cheated for almost 6k including the interest I have been paying. Multiple service requests raised but no use. Each executive say different things and simply asked to wait for 24hrs. Attaching the offer details snapshots taken before ordering. Please help to get the cash back and interest on emi. Thanks

Croma have agreed to refund the amount of cashback+emi interest. Though I have been charged more interest on emi from bank but am happy atleast i have received the promised amount. Thanks Croma
