I had purchased LED 40" TV by online.At the time of placed order they was giving me cash back offer & No cost EMI but after delivering the product no any cashback received also no cost EMI offer applicable on product i am paying cost on EMI. The customer care support agent not entertaining the issue every day they are giving wrong information. So i am totally unsatisfied about CROMA services. Verified Support Aug 25, 2022 Croma Customer Care's response Hello, as per the update from our team we understand that you have opted for the NO COST EMI option while completing the purchase, hence not eligible for STANDARD EMI. We would like to inform you that two offers cannot be clubbed together.
