I purchased 3 Samsung AC from Croma in Jan'2022 and also purchased an extended warranty service from Croma in 2022. My extended warranty service was effective from Jan'23 and I raised a request to Croma customer care in Feb'23 for providing the servicing of all 3 AC's (one 2-ton and two 1-ton) I purchase one year back.
After doing multiple followups the service technician Irfan Shaikh (from 3rd party onsitego) was assigned and came on 24th Feb'23 and did the servicing for 2 ton AC but he did not do servicing for the other two 1-ton AC's and when he asked him for the reason then he replied that he was instructed to do service for just 2 ton AC, since as per his company guideline one service engineer can do one service at a time.
I started doing follow-ups with CROMA customer care and today 16th Mar'23 same service engineer reported but again he was assigned to do service for 2 ton AC (which was already done in Feb 23).
I have recordings of some of the calls with croma customer care agents and in one of the calls on 13th March'23 I had to repeat 3-4 times the request I placed and emphasized to her that servicing of two 1 ton ACs was pending and need to be prioritized on 16th March'23 .
But to my surprise again the same mistake was made, now I am so disgusted with croma service that maybe in future I may have to rethink buying products from croma store.
The poor quality of croma customer service contact center can actually ruin its brand image.
Since I had one of the most disappointing experience I would like croma to refund the amount I paid for buying the extended warranty service.
