We bought a Croma 1 Ton Inverter 3 Star Copper CRAC7701 (R-32) Split AC (White) 1.IMEI/Serial Num [protected] from Tata cliq online shopping. It was delivered in Mar-2022. From the first day of installation the AC was not cooling properly so we called customer service and the service technician had just cleaned the filter and told the AC is fine. But after some days the AC was just giving normal air, no cooling and nothing, even at night also it was just giving normal air. We were even using Turbo but same normal air. After we raise a complaint through customer care we have to follow up multiple times and technicians had come after 9-10 days. Second time the technicians had to fill the gas as he told there is gas licking problem in the AC, which is just 1-2 months old. They filled the gas and AC was working fine and after few weeks same problem occurred and we complaint again. Last time we raised complaint on 02-AUG-2022 and after so many mails and calls the technician came on around 27-AUG-2022. As per the technician there is an internal problem, because of that gas is leaking and for that AC has to be opened parts need to be changed. After that also I sent couple of mails and asked them to replace the faulty AC but they are not responding to my mails. I have attached all mail conversations.
Requesting you to please look into this issue and help me to get my money back and we need compensation due the worst service and products as we went through both mental and physical stress. Was this information helpful? |
