[Resolved] Croma — croma cheating customers with fake cash back plans | |||||
I have purchased a phone worth rs.65000 from croma store in bangalore and at the time of purchase i was informed i will be getting cashback of 5% after 90 days. After completion of 90 days i haven't received a cashback and when i had called the customer care they informed that cashback doesn't apply if i purchased on sunday. The stores are not supposed to make fake promises which they cant fulfill. Was this information helpful? | |||||
