[Resolved] Croma — CROMA Fridge | |||
We had purchased a CROMA refrigerater from CROMA, Connaught Place on 08/10/2011, now the refrigerater is totally useless and had placed a complaint 3 days earlier for the repairing of the same. When we complained earlier they said that action would be taken within 48 hours but even after 72 hours no action has been taken. We complained again today(03/07/2014) but again were told to wait another 48 hours inspite of informing your customer care executives of the already told 48 hours time.
