[Resolved] Croma — croma washing machine 7.1 liters

I have purchased croma washing machine. It is in guarantee period. I encountered issue with washing machine performance so I raised the issue with Croma customer care on 07th March. Since then I have connected croma team 19 times but neither the issue is resolved nor anyone has come to help me. Apart from that the issue has been marked resolved multiple times without resolving it. I did not appreciate this kind of behaviour from the croma team. I will take it to consumer court if this is not given immediate attention by 23th Mar. I want new machine in exchange and compensation for the harrasement by croma team.
