Consumer Name: Sumeet Motwani Contact Number: [protected] Product: Croma semi Auto Washing Machine (CRAW 2101) Date of Purchase: 24/10/2014 Warranty: 2 Year Manufacture + 2 Year Extended (paid additional amount for extended) - Complain 1: MUM151214FS00047 - Date of registring the complain: 15/12/2014 - Date of resolution: 16/12/2014 - Issue: The stuffing between the plastic body and metal body had slipped and was touching the rotator belt. The technician just pushed the stuffing back up and closed the complain ticket. - The fix was temporary as he should have done something permanent to ensure that the stuffing does not slip again - Complain 2: MUM241214FS00030 - Date of registring complain: 24/12/2014 - Date of resolution: NA - Still pending without any followup or update - Issue: As the initial fix was temporary, the stuffing slipped again on 24 Dec and machine started making the wierd sound as the rotator belt was coming in contact with it. - We called and registered the complain and got an assurance that it will be fixed in 3 business days. - The technician called us on 26 Dec and informed us that he does not have a tape to stick the stuffing on its original place so that it does not slips again and he shall get it in a day's time. - Since then there is not call back or visit from the technician, no one has visited our place even once to fix it. - We have been calling almost every day since the day of registring the complain to get the machine fixed, how much time do you need to procure a tape? - This is really frustrating and I am amazed that a brand like TATA will do this atleast think about the reputation you guys carry. - I think that the product is good, its a machine after all and the best of machines have issue with it but what matters is how quickly it is fixed and am sorry to say that TATA's Croma division is sick when we talk about service. This is what my final verdict is: - I am totally frustrated and request you to take your machine back from my house and refund me the entire amount along with the extended warranty cost. - I do not trust your warranty any more, if this is the way you treat your customers during the first few months then I can imagine how you guys would treat us during the extended warranty period.
