Dear Friends / Online shoppers DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM CROMA….
I bought camera “Canon Digicam SX400 Red” from Croma Retails (Online) on 28/02/2015, I received the product after 20 days. When I open the pack I am shocked, I found “Sand in a plastic cover instead of Camera”.
Immediately within minutes I contacted to croma and informed with them so and so happen so and so came in pack.
I follow up with Croma continuously 15 days after I got my money back as refund.
The refund also collected from CANON brand not from croma, here it’s showing the croma cheating and smartness. Actually the product which is a received its outer box is very fine and the inner box seal is opened and that is I shared with croma but they were requested me as write a mail to us as the complete product packs all are is in very fine condition because they forward the same mail to Brand CANON and collected refund from them.
Here it is I am very lucky to the responsibility take’s brand otherwise I am sure the croma will not give any response to me.
Please help me to get compensation.
