I had purchased a Philips Digital Photo Frame product initially from Croma's online website (Order no. SLE001EC0011950), but on receiving it, the product was missing key components such as adapter, Frame stand..etc
I contacted the customer service and they asked me to ship the product back to them in return for a replacement. (For which a new invoice was raised-Ref. No.: RLE001EC0000168)
After waiting for over a month for the replacement, I was then informed that the product was out of stock and my money would be refunded.It has been over 2 months and I have yet to receive any refund for this product and they have CANCELLED the order WITHOUT my consent!!!
It is my humble advice to fellow buyers to refrain from using Croma as they seem to be fraudulent in their dealings. Was this information helpful? |
