[Resolved] Croma — Defect not attended even after repeated requests | |||
I had purchased a two ton split a/c (croma make) from croma care outlet, south ex, delhi on 04 jun 16. In less than one month, the a/c has gone defective as there is no cooling effect. I lodged a complaint through the croma online customer care service am 28 jun 16. the complaint no is del280616fs00017 and i was informed that the defect will be attended to within 03 days. however, as of pm 03 jul 16 ie even after 06 days there is no response from your office. In the meantime, i had called up croma care customer care on two occasions ie on 01 and 02 jul 16. i was assured that the issue will be attended on priority. however, there is no response. I want the company to take back the product and refund the amount of the product if defect is not rectified by 04 jul 16 Was this information helpful? | |||
