[Resolved]  Croma — Defective juicer

Dear sir I Mahesh Mehta bought a juicer to get healthy not to raise my blood pressure.Despite my several phone complaints to your customer care service I am still waiting to get any response from you.No get back only assurance to get back Within 24 hours.I don't understand if a product failed to perform next date from its purchase why taking you so much time to sort out the solution from your side. I bought a juicer from your Mulund west outlet on 12th Dec and start using very next day.Within two minutes it's motor got jammed and stop running.Carrots and other veg stuck in it .Its lid also get a little crack due to it.Next day on 14 th Dec I went to your store for the complaint and replacement but they kept the juicer and told me to enquire after 24 hours. Till now after my 4 complains I am unable to get any response from you.I have not expected such a bad service from the orginisation which belong to Tata.Now I would Highly appreciate if you please refund my money back immediately .
