[Resolved]  Croma — dell inspiron 3567/ allocation of same service tag for two customer in invoice

I bought Dell laptop on 17th june 2019 from Koramangala Croma store, and I have received invoice copy without service tag no, and again I reached to Croma customer care executive for duplicate invoice with service tag no, and I have received the same on 24th June and I have registered for 2yrs additional warranty which is providing by dell, I have made the payment as well, later from dell side I got reply stating that "whatever the service tag which is given by retailer is already provided to the other customer in 2018, due to that we could not process your warranty". Hence I contacted customer support executive for the assistance they rudly ended up saying visit to store where I bought laptop. Its really inconvenient for me to visit store again and again, Due to Croma retailers mistake I have to suffer and even I would not able to claim my 2yrs additional warranty I am really fed of with the service. I am requesting you to take this case as a priority and resolve as early as possible
Note: I need the invoice with new service tag(which is not allocated to anyone else) with updated date because for warranty registration has to be done within the 7days of invoice date.
