[Resolved] Croma — DELL Laptop paid Rs 64494 on Croma online- Product not available but no response on refund since 3 days.. | |||
Order placed on their online store for a DELL Laptop. Full payment of Ts 64494 made. They then called that laptop is not available and told me to cancel the order on their online store. When I tried I found that it shows Invoice generated an no option to cancel !! Called them back - they said send an email to customer care. The email got a system based reply saying the "complain" will take 7 - 10 days !! This is no complaint !! They put up a product on thie rstore which is not available with them - make the customer pay and then take you round in circles ! Till today after calling customer care ten times - standard response from their call centre is that they have forwarded the request for cancellation and it will take 7 - 10 days !!! This is highway robbery ! Enticing a customer with a product - making him pay and then just not responding !! Was this information helpful? | |||
