[Resolved] Croma — Demo service not given | |||
I ritesh vishnu garud, purchased croma led 39inch tv on 30th june 2020. At that time i was being told by staff members that i will receive demo service within 3working days. My problem is this tv is smart and i don't know how to use it. Croma representative doesn't response to our quiry, now it's more than 4 weeks but no person has came to give demo for the use of led tv. This isn't fair. What did i do wrong, why these people are doing such bad things to us. We just want to understand the function of smart tvs, that's it. Very poor service response from croma. We are completely unhappy with this. For your reference i have attached bill. Please do the needful as soon as possible. Otherwise i will be forced to take legal action against croma.
