Demonstrator came to my home after atleast like 100 phone calls and follow ups with the store and service centre. they promised us it will be a free demo within 3 days of installation and we need not contact them it will happen by default. but we kept fighting for 5 days and got a demonstrator on the 5th day who knew nothing abt the convection and then after 2 days again a demonstrator came to my home with 0% knowledge and we have taken his video and audio where both the representatives agree that they don't know anything about convection. im going to strict against the store in ambience mall, gurgaon and also they are fooling their customers this way. no basic product knowledge given to me.
