I purchased top loaded washing machine of Samsung model number: WA70BG4545BD (3years + 12 years) warranty on Nov 10th 2022
When I received that was [3yrs +10yrs] warranty and i don't have any written proof of 12yrs warranty while its is listed 12yrs on motor on Samsung website and croma website.
Since then I had a call with Indore Croma manager, Samsung MP manager and they send email with confirmation that if they don't provide
email from samsung product team for it, they will replace it.
Now its been 19 days, and no solution came.
Request help, I have a email that was send to me from registered croma team cc to samsung sales team. Was this information helpful? |
