I had purchased a LG refrigerator from Croma last year. I was forced to buy the extended warranty for 3 years stating that if anything goes wrong with the product a replacement will be done immediately if repair is not possible.
Now, when there is a problem with the fridge upper door, which is a manufacturing error I am told that it does not come under the extended warranty plan and I am told all the conditions which was not stated at the time of selling me the plan. I am asked to pay additionally for the product inspite of me paying extra money at the time of purchase in the name of extended warranty and to be tension free for next 3 years with the product.
Customers are fooled in Croma now just so that the agent can accomplish their target.
Never expected that Croma will go down to such cheap tactics and will fool the customers at the time of purchase.
I had forced my retired parents to buy it from Croma thinking it to be a geniune brand and not from any local shop and now I think it was a Big mistake .
Its been one month now and I am suffering because of Croma fraud activities with their customers.
I want to get the door replaced without any additional cost as I have already made extra payment at the time of purchase.
If I would have been told any conditions at the time of purchase I would have never gone for extra payment for extended warranty and wasted my hard earn money.
Croma simply fool their customers and then harass them by multiple calls stating same thing and not working to resolve it.
Evertime a technical came stating different issues with the Fridge.
Croma fails when it comes to customer service and satisfactions. Forget satisfaction they simple fool the customers and earn money. Was this information helpful? |
