[Resolved] Croma — Fraud | |||
Purchased oppo f17 Pro on 17 October 2020, product auto update on 17 Jan . Phone heated up, post which display problem of burnt pixel, phone in working condition, cordinated for servicing, first job sheet from oppo service centre claimed for display repair, product claimed to be out of warranty, product refused by me for recieiving through Croma, requested for futher detail inquiry on matter, 27 January oppo job sheet claims mother board plus display issue, at this point refused for product recieving as phone was not in working condition ... Escalation of the isssue Kindly loook into this .. have beeen waited for almost 20 days .. I m only circling the croma and opppo centre with no resolution and as for today product is not in working condition Was this information helpful? | |||
