Croma — GST Invoice is not given by croma

I have ordered Apple Macbook pro m1 pro from Croma Online. While placing order I have given GSTIN Number and then place order. But they send me Invoice without GST.

My Product and purchase details are as follows

My Invoice No is SLE002EC6376464
Date of Purchase SLE002EC6376464

I also raise SR ticket regarding this issue but I didn't get any positive response from Croma team. Ticket is still in Open status

I also have mail thread with Croma support email id from last 10 days they are saying we are prioritise your SR.

I also tried to return back order. But their website is not allowing me to create return order request.
