I recently bought an iPhone 14 Pro 256 GB, Black, from croma retail online in my company name located in Rajasthan. I gave them my gst number for billing, in the space mentioned on the website before the payment page. Despite giving the GST number and company name, they have issued an invoice in my personal name. I had requested an appropriate bill from the company before buying the product worth One Lac Thirty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred rupees. My ca also told that this bill cannot be accepted. I emailed croma again and raised several complaints. They keep telling me that nothing can be done and close the complaint with resolution. Instead they blamed the government for making such complicated system. I immediately emailed them after seeing the invoice and i am still following with those who give deaf year and are totally irresponsible for their duties towards customers. Their purpose is to do billing by hook or by crook. They only get you into a circle of calling customer care, mails and no resolution.

This is a very serious issue to be addressed. Such retailers should not be allowed to continue in market who take liberty to cheat their customers at the cost of their negligence. I have attached the bill for reference. It was really a very bad experience with croma and i would never hesitate to put my words to my nearest consumer court and social media if my problems are not addressed with the utmost interest.
If rebilling cannot be done then i would demand a return and refund of the product as i am unnecessarily suffering loss on this product.
