[Resolved] Croma — Harassment on ac purchase | |||||
1. The a/c was bought on 20th march 2016. The installation has not been completed till date i.E. 09th april 2016 in spite of multiple follow ups on phone and store visits for follow ups 2. Initially a faulty unit was placed with faulty installation which caused a lot of noise - the unit has been replaced but the installation is not yet done. Required multiple follow ups again. Still waiting 3. I was told during sales that there will be a charge of core cutting + 800 rs for the bracket or stand. I have paid rs 7500 so far out of which 3000 is for the stand. 4. To summarize my complaint is around the harassment caused due to delay in installation (20 days of peak summer) + time invested for multiple follow ups and over charging for installation price Was this information helpful? | |||||
