Croma — I am complaining about not delivered product even payment done after 12 days and not confirming exact date of delivery

My complaint regarding I purchase product from pune wagholi croma store samsung refredigartor on 30th OCt-22 at that time delivery was on 6th Nov-22 they given.

even after 12 days still My product not deilvered number of times I asked customer care to give me answere and given contact number of store manager but they do not provide me.

I personally visited two time store 15 km away but still they not commited delivery date exactly and now they told me to cancelled your order .
