[Resolved] Croma — I have not yet received refund or product.

I have ordered on 25th june airdopes of Rs.1399/- ( via GPAY) payment was successful. It was debited from my account but croma denied the same. I had made complain. My complain was registered but it was closed yesterday without resolved. I made many calls and raised chargeback from my bank but still I have not yet received any refund or product. Also complain close by them without solving. It was my first order and last one too.
This is worst experience.
