Croma — Issue with refund

I have never received my order and now when I'm following up with croma team for refund they are asking me to wait for 7 days for item to receive back to their warehouse. Where even in tracking also there are no updates on the return status. May I kindly request you to help me by getting my refund of money for iphone. Attaching courier tracking details

There has been no suitable support I am receiving from croma team and i have I never asked to send my order again. Why I am getting below message from croma?
