[Resolved] Croma — Late delivery and late installation. | |||
I have purchased TV from croma, panchvati, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. It was my really big mistake to deal with the croma. I purchased Tv with the offer of sound bar and woofer. I got delivery 2 hour late and they forgot the sound bar. I specially had to go to croma office and collect my soundbar. They told that within 48 hour they will come for the installation and demo. I had call them many time even though I am not getting proper reply. I am again and again doing the follow up they they are not even bother to respond in proper mannner. Its my really big mistake that I deal with croma. Next time I'll not purchase anything from croma or not even recommend anybody for it.
