[Resolved] Croma — lg 6.5 kg washing machine | |||
The machine vibrates so much that it moves away from its place. I complained about it and a technition visited on 26th may, did some tightening of the stand etc and went away saying the problem is resolved. But next time i used the machine, the same thing happened. After that i have complainbed consistently on 28th, 29th, 30th and 31st. Today when i called, i was again given the same soft approach by the customer care officials, showing their regret and that they were following up with the company. But i insisted on speaking to the floor manager, who assured me at about 10.45 a. M. That she would call me back with an update within half an hour. When she didnt call for more than 4 hours, i tried calling and every time i was put on hold for as much as 15 minutes and then the lines were disconnected. I had to make a total of 9 calls after which i could speak to the floor manager (After holding the call for 20 minutes), who again did not have anything new to say, but give hollow assurances. I have begun to think that the product is defective, and that is the reason why the support is not coming. I am y upset by the defective product sold to me, but i am more upset by the way croma is taking my complaint lightly and sleeping over it. Was this information helpful? | |||
