I purchased a single door liebherr fridge from croma tnagar usman road chennai and it was delivered on 20 may 2022. order id SOA[protected]. after installation it keeps producing wierd noise and i reported it immediatly back to croma on 21 may .sales person ranjith who convinced us to buy liebherr saying its good and quality product. that guy said he will raise a complaint with liebherr india, but twice they closed the complaint themselves without any response. again raised a complaint, finally liebherr tech did a visit on 28 may, but not able to identify where the issue is and told me they will send a senior technician. on 30th may another technician visited and checked, he mentioned this is the first time he come across this kind of noise and not able to identify where the noise is from .he told us he will speak to HO and do the needful for replacement or any other solution. After seeing this i spoke to croma for replacement, no proper response. I spoke to liebherr they put a blame on croma and croma person points to liebherr, telling me to wait wait wait, what a pathetic service. even after 10 days of purchase no solution yet. Customer's money, effort, value is not bothered here. after sales support is so dissappointing Was this information helpful? |
