I've recently purchased a TV from Croma online and just within 3 months it turns out the worse.
I've raise for MI support amd after comming here they say that the serial number is not exactly matching with invoice. (TV has a different serial number and the invoice they provided have a different serial due to which the MI support says they can't repair the TV.
It's been 2 weeks we are continuously following with Croma online and near by store both says we can't do anyth. I don't understand who the hell will refund my 30K and extra 4K that I paid for 2 years warranty.
It looks totally fruadlant by both CROMA and MI where they deliver something and provide wrong serial number so that they don't have to provide any srevices and they can just loot people money. I want to file a consumer complaint against CROMA online. Was this information helpful? |
