I had ordered a Realme 7 mobile phone on 13th October 2020 at nearly 12.30 a.m. The amount of 15, 009 was debited but the order was not placed. I had placed the order with ONE-DAY DELIVERY as it was to be given as a gift on the 15th. But the so-called TATA enterprise could not deliver it even after 3 days.
I have called their customer support nearly 10 times and mailed them my response 15 times. But whenever I get a call from them the call is very hazy unclear and the voice of the employee can not be heard.
The call center employee blamed me saying that it was my mistake that the call was so hazy. And every time I request a callback it comes after 2 days.
Whenever I ask them to mail me the details(which they wanted to communicate on-call) they never respond even after 48 hours.
Is this how you treat customers?
I was not able to gift it just because of your carelessness and your unresponsiveness.
Either Place the order today or I would request compensation for the mental torture that I had to bear.
