[Resolved] Croma — No response at store | |||
I, Ameeruddin contact your call centre regarding Usha Food Processor FP3811.. I received calls from Karmanghat & Kukatpally Branch. As I stay at Santosh Nagar near to Karmanghat I spoke with Mr.Lalu Prasad on 19th Dec, 2020 in afternoon time, he confirmed me product is available. I spoke with him 3 times and told him I'll visit to store after my office time around 9pm. When I started to Croma Store at 8.45pm and call him, he told me Product is ready available come to Store. When I gone there after 30 mins he is told me Product is not available. Even that store Manager also not giving any response. As a Existing Customer of Croma i didn't expect This type of experience at Your Store.
