[Resolved] Croma — no response for complain, every time new person pickup and says reminder generated, want to complain manager not reachable whats over time | |||
On 17th july complain about my split wall ac not working after 2 days technician came and inform us no gas it has to be charge, we recharged in just summer and now raining season started how can so fast again discharged, said they have to check internal leak, i said go ahead then he suggest right now again will recharge and look for leak if it is leak take the unit to workshop and repair it. After recharge he claim rs2500/- when i ask receipt saying he did not bring receipt book and will send through whatsup till now did not receive receipt when calling no answer, then i personally went to croma showroom in uppar pally (Around pillar no:180 -185) rajendra nagar hyd and complain to customer care representative mr. Minhaj he promised to resolve with in 48hrs, complain no:hyd250718fs00754. More than after 3 days call to customer care saying they put a reminder and when i ask connect me to manager (Around 8.30pm 28 july) said he will be available in day time only. Today (Around 1155am 29 july) again call to customer care then one representative abhishiek saying he put again reminder, i said can u connect me to manager he put me on hold for some time and saying manager is not available as he on break, i asked how can be so early for break, then he is saying his work pattern is 24/7. When i insisted connect me to higher authority he put me on hold 20 mints and did not turn up ultimately i have to disconnect call. One representative saying manager available in day only and another saying 24/7 available who is lying??? Alaas!!! Any time try manager, answer is not available. Halo anybody is there to listen me.
