Order #[protected]
I had placed order for a couple of items on the Croma website on 3rd October.

Item1 was supposed to be delivered on 5th October & Item2 today i.e 8th October.
I haven't received any of the items till date. Item1, which was supposed to be delivered on 5th, has not even shipped yet. I have made multiple complaints regarding the same with the Croma customer care team via call, email & even twitter but I always get the same response that they have escalated the issue & someone will contact me soon with a resolution. Complaint number provided to me is SR[protected].
No one has contacted me yet & no one is willing to give me a confirmed delivery timeline. I feel like I have lost my money as there is no way to contact any of the higher ups & the customer care do not have a clue regarding my order & just keep asking for 1 more day daily.

Please look into it at the earliest.
