[Resolved] Croma — not provided services during warranty period | |||
We had purchased a laptop of dell company on 4th may, 2017. I had a very nice experience with laptop for a first few months. But in february while was i typing a document, one key ("h") from the keyboard automatically. I was surprised because of this incident. Therefore, i then decided to give this laptop to croma because "it was still in warranty period." but after submitting laptop, croma returned the laptop back to us mentioning that this type of damage does not come under warranty and told that it will require an amount of 5500 to change complete keyboard.
