[Resolved]  Croma — Not providing exchange and repairing service of the product under warranty

I had purchased a product on 12-Jan-2014 from Croma Saket and its invoice # SLF02A[protected]. Croma said “The product cannot be repaired as they don't have the availability of defected part and now you have to buy another product with a depreciation value”. Since my product has 2 years warranty either it should be exchanged or repaired.
